Our partners are admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation, the European Court of Human Rights, and respective bar associations across licensed jurisdictions.
Article 2: No Attorney-Client Relationship via Website
Accessing this website, reviewing published materials, or transmitting unsolicited electronic communications does not constitute or create an attorney-client relationship between Harris & Group and any party. A formal engagement exists only after conflict clearance and the execution of an engagement letter (Lettera di Incarico) signed by a managing partner.
